  • Asian Community Games - Photographic Competition

    All submitted participants are assumed to have agreed upon all rules below.

    Competition Rules:
    1. Theme: any theme that is related to the 6th Asian Community Games 2010 programs including Opening Ceremony.
    2. Works specification: each participant can submit their photo work in 4R (4"x 6") ; black and white or color photos are both acceptable. The number of photos submitted is unlimited. On the back of the photo please put your full name, address, e-mail and contact phone number.
    3. Eligibility: Participants from all communities are welcome. With the exception of staffs, committee members, judges and their families are not permitted to participate. Organizers and sponsors remain the right to decide all submission eligibility.
    4. Registration Form: Participants must fill, sign and submit their forms by May 29th, 2010. Register online at http://acgames.ca/photo-competition to get the pass for the ACG events.
    5. Copyright: All submitted photographs are considered as the original products of the applicant. Any legal right and copyright will be the responsible & liability of the applicant. The organizers and its committee members will not be liable and be released from any legal and copy right. The participant permits and without charge any fees for the organizers - |Sing Fai Sports Club & Asian Community Games to use these photographs on all promotion materials on magazines, newspapers, radios, TV channels, flyers, DVD and websites.
    6. Privacy: The organizers will respect and observe the Privacy Act of Canada.
    7. Results: Judges will examine the works and results will be notified by email. Results are non-negotiable once they are finalized.
    8. Return: Works will not be returned once submitted.
    9. Fee: No fee will be charged, ACG will provide a pass for the day of entrance.
    10. Judges: representative of Sing Fai Sports Club and Chinese Canadian Photographic Society of Toronto will be responsible.
    11. Prize: Gold, Medal, Bronze and Merit Awards will be distributed to the top Five.
    12. Submission: All works must submit to SING FAI SPORTS CLUB 700 BAY STREET, BOX 138, SUITE 507, TORONTO ON M5G 1Z6.
